On 10 November 2025, Thames Water Utilities Limited ("TWUL") announced the launch of its Fifth Consent Requests. Details of the Fifth Consent Requests can be found in the announcement (the "Launch Announcement") here:

Approval of the Fifth Consent Requests

TWUL announces today that the Fifth Consent Requests have been approved.

Given the approvals above, TWUL and the Super Senior Issuer will proceed with the implementation of the consents and amendments outlined in the Fifth Consent Requests.
