On 4 December 2025, Thames Water Utilities Limited ("TWUL") announced the launch of its STID Proposals and the launch by Thames Water Super Senior Issuer plc of the Sixth Consent Requests. Approval of the STID Proposals and the Sixth Consent Requests

TWUL announces today that the STID Proposals and the Sixth Consent Requests have been approved. Given these approvals, TWUL has proceeded with the implementation of the Sixth Consent Requests and the STID Proposals.
