STOCKHOLDERS’ EQUITY STOCKHOLDERS’ EQUITY.Accounts payable and accrued expenses includes liabilities of $2.5 million at December 31, 2020 for common stock repurchases that settled during the first week of January 2021. On June 14, 2021, the Board of Directors declared a special cash dividend of $3.00 per common share, or $699.8 million, that was paid on July 7, 2021 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 25, 2021.
