Publication of Final Terms
The following documents are available for viewing: (i) the final terms of Wells Fargo & Company dated 21 July 2025 for the issue of EUR 1,750,000,000 2.766% fixed to floating rate callable notes due 23 July 2029 under its U.S.$50,000,000,000 euro medium term note programme (the "Programme") (the "2029 Final Terms"); and (ii) the final terms of Wells Fargo & Company dated 21 July 2025 for the issue of EUR 1,000,000,000 3.866% fixed to floating rate callable notes due 23 July 2036 under its Programme (the "2036 Final Terms" and, together with the 2029 Final Terms, the "Final Terms").
