With reference to the above, we would like to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Axis Bank Limited (the "Bank") will be held on Monday, July 25, 2022 inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2022, which shall be subjected to limited review by the statutory auditors.
Further, please note that in terms of the Share Dealing Code, formulated and adopted by the Bank under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the window for trading in shares / securities of the Bank for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives has been closed from Friday, July 1, 2022 till Wednesday, July 27, 2022 (both days inclusive).
