Seeing Machines Limited, the AIM-listed (AIM: SEE) technology company pioneering computer-vision based operator monitoring and intervention technology services, was informed on 3 March 2014 that, on 28 February 2014, David Gaul, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 200,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 7.95 pence per share. Mr. Gaul, through Jaiclimb Pty Ltd, now holds 3,200,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.39% of the total voting rights in the Company.
