Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu üyeleri Şirket Merkezinde toplanarak aşağıdaki kararı almışlardır.
Şirketimiz Esas Sözleşme hükümleri ve Kâr Dağıtım Politikasının tabi olduğu şartlar kapsamında makroekonomik ve finansal koşullar, yatırım planlarımız, bunlara bağlı olarak nakit projeksiyonumuzun kapsamlı olarak değerlendirilmesi neticesinde dönem karı ve geçmiş yıl toplam dağıtılabilir kardan toplam brüt 196.000.000TL (yüz doksan altı milyon Türk Lirası) kâr payının, 1 TL nominal değerli beher pay için brüt 17,63 kuruş/pay (net 14,98 kuruş/pay) olmak üzere, mevzuatta öngörülen esaslar çerçevesinde 14.11.2025 tarihinde pay sahiplerine nakden dağıtılmasının, yapılacak olan Şirketimiz 01.07.2024-30.06.2025 özel hesap dönemi Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı'nda pay sahiplerinin onayına sunulmasına mevcudun oybirliğiyle karar verilmiştir.
