Şirketimiz Esas Sözleşmesinin 3'üncü maddesinde yapılması planlanan değişikliğe uygun görüş verilmesi talebiyle Ticaret Bakanlığı İç Ticaret Genel Müdürlüğü'ne yaptığımız başvurumuz, Ticaret Bakanlığı'nın 10.02.2025 tarih ve E-50035491-431.02-00106063234 sayılı yazısı ile onaylanmış olup ilgili yazı tarafımıza bugün (19.02.2025) ulaşmıştır.

Ekte yer alan Esas Sözleşme tadil tasarısı 2024 Yılı Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında pay sahiplerimizin onayına sunulacaktır.

Our application for the amendment planned for Article 3 of our Company's Articles of Association was approved by Ministry of Commerce General Directorate of Domestic Trade letter dated February 10, 2025 and numbered E-50035491-431.02-00106063234 and and the relevant letter has been received by us today (Februray 19, 2025).

The attached draft amendment to the Articles of Association will be submitted to the approval of our shareholders at the 2024 Ordinary General Assembly meeting.
