oda_ExplanationTextBlock|		6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu ile 6362 sayılı Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu'nun ilgili hükümleri uyarınca, Şirketimizin 01/01/2025-31/12/2025 tarihleri arasındaki hesap dönemindeki finansal tablo ve raporlarının denetlenmesi, sürdürülebilirlik mevzuatı çerçevesinde Şirketimizin 01/01/2024-31/12/2024 ve 01/01/2025-31/12/2025 hesap dönemlerine ait sürdürülebilirlik raporlarının güvence denetimine tabi tutulması ve ilgili düzenlemeler kapsamında bulunan diğer faaliyetleri yürütmek üzere; PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş.'nin seçilmesine ve bu seçimin 2024 yılı Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısında Genel Kurul'un onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiştir.		In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 and the Capital Markets Law No. 6362, it has been resolved to appoint PwC Bağımsız Denetim Ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. to audit the financial statements and reports of our Company for the accounting period between 01/01/2025 and 31/12/2025, to conduct assurance audits of the sustainability reports of our Company for the accounting periods between 01/01/2024 and 31/12/2024 and 01/01/2025 and 31/12/2025 within the framework of sustainability legislation, and to carry out other activities within the scope of relevant regulations; and to submit this appointment for approval of General Assembly at the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting for the year of 2024.
