Yönetim Kurulumuz 29.03.2019 tarihinde yapmış olduğu toplantısında;

Şirketimizin 01.01.2018-31.12.2018 hesap dönemine ait, yasal kayıtlar esas alınarak hazırlanmış (TDHP) dönem zarârı 8.230.250.-TL ve Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Seri:II-14.1 Sayılı Tebliği esaslarına uygun olarak hazırlanmış 2018 Dönemi konsolide finansal tablolarına göre ortaya çıkan 6.919.526.-TL net dönem zarârının geçmiş yıl zararlarına aktarılması sonucunda dağıtılabilir dönem kârı bulunmadığından 2018 Dönemi için ortaklara kâr dağıtımı yapılmaması hususunun Genel Kurul'un onayına sunulmasına ve hazırlanan ekteki 2018 Dönemi Kâr Dağıtım Tablosu'nun Genel Kurul'un bilgisine ve onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiştir.
