Şirketimizin, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulunun Seri:XI No:29 sayılı Tebliğ hükümleri çerçevesinde düzenlenen 01.01.2023-31.12.2023 konsolide finansal durum tablolarımızda ve Vergi Usul Kanunu hükümleri çerçevesinde enflasyon muhasebesi uygulanarak düzenlenen mali tablolarımızda net dönem kârı olmadığından kar payı dağıtımı söz konusu olmayacaktır.
Bu hususun yapılacak genel kurul toplantısında pay sahiplerimizin bilgisi ve onayına sunulmasına oy birliği ile karar verilmiştir.
