At the ordinary general assembly meeting of our company held on May 27, 2024, it was decided to appoint Güney Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. as the independent audit company for the period from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024.

Turkish version of this disclosure statement has also been announced. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
