The resolution adopted at our company's ordinary general meeting on May 27, 2024, regarding the appointment of Güney Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş as the independent audit company for the period from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024, was registered by the Istanbul Trade Registry Office on June 12th, 2024, and published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated June 12th, 2024, issue number 11102.

Turkish version of this disclosure statement has also been announced. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
