Regarding the application, the updated financial statements of BMB Holding A.Ş. covering the period 01.01.2024 - 30.06.2024, along with the revised announcement document and merger report, have been submitted to the Capital Markets Board (CMB). The Expert Institution Report regarding the financials and the updated documents are attached.
