The amendments made to Article 6 of our Company's Articles of Association were approved by our shareholders at the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting held on December 31, 2024, and were registered with the Trade Registry on January 10, 2025. They were published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated January 10, 2025, issue number 11247.
The updated Articles of Association, which includes all currently registered amendments, is attached.
