The resolution adopted at the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of our Company dated 29 April 2025 regarding the selection of Güney Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik Anonim Şirketi as the independent audit company for the year 2025 and also as the entity to conduct the assurance audit for the sustainability reports for the years 2024 and 2025 was registered by the Istanbul Trade Registry Office on 5 May 2025 and announced in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated 5 May 2025 and numbered 11324.


Turkish version of this disclosure statement has also been announced. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
