Siparişlerin üretim ve teslimat süreçlerinin daha etkin şekilde yürütülmesi amacıyla, Türkiye'de atıl durumda bulunan, büyük çaplı boruların kaplama prosesinde kullanılan bazı makine ve ekipmanın Borusan Berg Pipe tesislerine taşınmasına karar verilmiştir. İlgili makine ve ekipmanın üretim verimliliği, kalite ve randıman artışına katkı sağlaması beklenmektedir. Konuya ilişkin içsel bilginin kamuya açıklanması ertelenmiş olup, erteleme gerekçelerinin ortadan kalkması üzerine işbu açıklama yapılmaktadır. İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.		The major projects and the related sales orders awarded to our subsidiary Borusan Berg Pipe Holding Corp. in the United States had previously been disclosed to the public. It has been decided to transfer certain idle machinery and equipment located in Türkiye, which are used in the coating process of large-diameter pipes, to the facilities of Borusan Berg Pipe in order to support the efficient execution of the production and delivery processes associated with these projects. The transferred assets are expected to enhance production efficiency, quality, and overall operational performance. The public disclosure of this inside information had been postponed, and this announcement is being made as the circumstances giving rise to the postponement are no longer present. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure statement, Turkish version shall prevail.
