Amerika Birleşik Devletleri'nde (ABD) bulunan bağlı ortaklığımız Borusan Berg Pipe, ABD'de yürütülen ticari görüşmeler sonucunda toplam 553 milyon ABD doları tutarında yeni satış siparişi almıştır. Bu sipariş kapsamında, büyük çaplı hat borularının Borusan Berg Pipe'ın Mobile (Alabama) tesislerinde 2027 yılında üretilmesi ve sevkiyatlarının aynı yıl içerisinde gerçekleştirilmesi planlanmakta olup, ilgili siparişin 2027 yılında konsolide gelirlerimize katkı sağlaması beklenmektedir. Bu öngörüler, siparişlerle ilgili projenin ilerleme durumu ve ticari koşullardaki olağan değişkenliklere bağlı olarak farklılık gösterebilir.

Our subsidiary Borusan Berg Pipe, located in the United States of America (USA), has received new sales orders amounting to a total of USD 553 million as a result of commercial negotiations conducted in the USA. Under the scope of these orders, large-diameter line pipes are planned to be produced in 2027 at Borusan Berg Pipe's Mobile (Alabama) facility, with shipments planned to be completed within the same year. Accordingly, these orders are expected to contribute to our consolidated revenue in 2027. These projections may vary depending on the progress of the project related to the orders and normal fluctuations in commercial conditions.
