Three separate export sales agreements have been signed between our subsidiary, CW Solar Cell Enerji A.Ş., and an overseas-based customer for the sale of solar panel cells, with a total contract value of USD 2,136,645.00 (Two Million One Hundred Thirty-Six Thousand Six Hundred Forty-Five US Dollars). As of the contract signing date, this amount corresponds to TRY 96,301,154.12 based on the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (CBRT) USD/TRY buying exchange rate.The delivery of the relevant products is planned to be completed by the end of the third quarter of 2026.
