Çan2 Termik A.Ş. has signed a contract with Elektrik Üretim Anonim Şirketi (EÜAŞ) on 22/10/2025 within the scope of incentives for domestic coal power plants, under a dollar-indexed purchase guarantee, to sell the electricity produced at a minimum price of US$75 per MWh. The contract will be valid for electricity sales made until December 31, 2029.

In accordance with the contract, if the hourly Market Clearing Price is below USD 75, the sale of electricity will be made at USD 75; if the Market Clearing price is above USD 75, the electricity sale will be made at the Market Clearing Price.

Within this framework, 264,628 MW of electricity to be produced during the remaining production period of 2025 and 1,731,852 MW of electricity to be generated annually between 2026 and 2030 will be sold directly to EÜAŞ at a minimum price of 75 USD/MWh.

In contradiction between Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, Turkish version shall prevail.
