Within the scope of the specialized oil-well service activities currently carried out by our Florida, USA-based subsidiary Denarius Pumping Services LLC, through its subsidiary in Venezuela, primarily serving U.S-origin companies; Considering latest updates in Venezuela, it is likely that policies and practices aligned with the US will come to the fore and steps will be taken to create an operational environment supportive of international energy companies' activities. In this context, expectations have been raised that our business partner Chevron will increase its current and potential business volume in Venezuela. Considering Denarius Pumping CA's existing collaboration and field experience with Chevron, it is expected that our activities, which slowed down particularly in 2025 with the cancellation process of Chevron's license, will be reevaluated in light of these new developments. In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail. |
