Our company's issued capital of 7,000,000,000 TL has been increased by 3,000,000,000 TL to 10,000,000,000 TL through capital increase in cash (rights issue) at a rate of 42.85714% and o ur application to the Capital Markets Board for approval of the amendment to Article 6, titled "Capital and Shares," of the Company's Articles of Association has been approved via the Capital Markets Board's letter dated March 27, 2026, No. E-29833736-105. 01.01.01-88733.

The amended version of the Articles of Association has been registered with the Istanbul Trade Registry Office and published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette dated April 2, 2026, issue no. 11555.

In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
