Within the scope of the Company's Articles of Association, Capital Markets Law No. 6362 ("CMB Law"), Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 ("TCC"), Dividend Communiqué No. II-19.1 ("Dividend Communiqué"), Corporate Governance Communiqué No. II-17.1 and related legislation and the Company's Dividend Distribution Policy, which was adopted by the Board of Directors decision dated 15.02.2023 and numbered 2023/13 and will be submitted to the approval of the shareholders at the ordinary general assembly meeting for the year 2023,

2023 operating profit will be used for the Company's financial liabilities and working capital; therefore, it has been decided not to distribute dividends and to submit this situation to the approval of the shareholders at the ordinary general assembly meeting for the 2023 operating period.
