The General Assembly resolution dated  June 11, 2024, regarding the election of Güney Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. as the Auditor to audit the financial statements for the year 2024 and to carry out other activities within the scope of relevant regulations has been registered on June 14, 2024, and announced in Issue No. 11104  dated  June 14, 2024, of the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette.
