Bu kardan ödenecek vergiler, ertelenmiş vergi geliri, diğer yasal yükümlülükler ve 1.Tertip Yasal Yedek Akçe hesaplandıktan sonra kalan net 615.810.603,22 TL tutarındaki net dağıtılabilir kar üzerinden Sayın Ortaklarımıza ödenmiş sermayeye göre, Brüt %150, net %135 oranında nakit kar payının 27 Nisan 2023 Perşembe günü dağıtılmasına ve kalan miktardan II.Tertip Yasal Yedek Akçe ayrıldıktan sonra bakiyenin olağanüstü yedeklere eklenmesi oy birliği ile kabul edilmiştir.
