Bu kardan ödenecek vergiler, ertelenmiş vergi geliri, diğer yasal yükümlülükler ve 1.tertip yasal yedek akçe hesaplandıktan sonra kalan net 357.947.844,71 TL tutarındaki net dağıtılabilir kar üzerinden ödenmiş sermayeye göre brüt %120 net %108 oranında nakit kar payı dağıtılması ve kar dağıtım tarihinin 16 Mayıs 2024 Perşembe günü olarak belirlenmesi ve kalan miktardan II.Tertip yasal yedek akçe ayrıldıktan sonra kalan bakiyenin olağanüstü yedeklere eklenmesi oy çokluğu ile kabul edilmiştir.
