Şirketimizin 150.000.000,-TL tutarındaki kayıtlı sermaye tavanı içerisinde 75.000.000,-TL olan çıkarılmış sermayesinin 75.000.000,-TL nakden ve 210.000.000,-TL iç kaynaklardan karşılanmak suretiyle 360.000.000,-TL'ye artırılması nedeniyle bedelli yeni pay alma haklarının kullanılmasından sonra kalan 410.246,35 TL nominal değerli payların 410.246 TL'lik kısmı 24-25.05.2023 tarihlerinde Borsa İstanbul A.Ş. Birincil Piyasasında ve 0,35 TL nominal değerli paylar ise serbest virmanla olmak üzere toplam 1.948.597,45 TL bedelle satılmıştır. Böylece, 25.05.2023 tarihi itibarıyla sermaye artırımı tamamlanmış olup, yeni pay alma haklarının kullanılması ve halka arz aşamasında toplam 76.538.351,10 TL tutarında fon sağlanmıştır.
