"03.03.2025 tarihli Yönetim Kurulu kararı ile Egeyapı Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. yönetimi tarafından Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları (TFRS) esas alınarak hazırlanan ve Eren Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş. tarafından denetlenen, 1 Ocak – 31 Aralık 2024 hesap dönemine ilişkin finansal tablolar incelenerek kabul edilmiş ve Genel Kurula sunulması uygun görülmüştür.
Söz konusu finansal tablolar ile Egeyapı Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş.'nin Vergi Usul Kanunu (VUK) hükümlerine uygun olarak tutulan kayıtlara göre oluşan mali tablolarının incelenmesi sonucunda;
TFRS'ye uygun olarak hazırlanan finansal tablolara göre 269.079.723,00 TL net dönem zararı, VUK kayıtlarına göre ise, 620.514.506,06 TL ana ortaklığa ait cari yıl net dönem zararı gerçekleşmesi sebebiyle kar dağıtımı yapılmaması,"
tekliflinin yapılacak ilk genel kurulda onayına sunulmasına 21.03.2025 tarihli toplantısında karar vermiştir.
