Yönetim kurulumuz 25.03.2026 tarihinde şirket merkezinde toplanarak aşağıdaki kararları almıştır;
Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun kar dağıtımına ilişkin düzenlemeleri, Kar Payı Dağıtım Politikamız ve Esas Sözleşmemizde belirtilen esaslar çerçevesinde ve ekli Kar Dağıtım Tablosuna uygun olarak;
Yasal Kayıtlara göre oluşan 268.858.498,25
TL net karın güncel finansal durum dikkate alınarak aşağıdaki şekilde taksim edilmesine;
-Türk Ticaret Kanunu'nu uyarınca, 17.988.379,46 TL genel kanuni yedek akçe ayrılmasına,
- 190.870.118,79 TL tutarında olağanüstü yedek olarak ayrılmasına ve
-Kalan kardan 60.000.000,00 TL'nin ortaklarımıza toplam temettü olarak dağıtılmasına, söz konusu karın en geç 30 Haziran 2026 tarihine kadar uygun görülecek sürede dağıtımı konusunda Yönetim Kurulunun yetkilendirilmesine,
Hususlarını içeren önerimizin 2025 Yılı Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısında pay sahiplerinin onayına sunularak
Genel Kurulca kabul edilmiştir.
