Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu 08.03.2018 tarihli toplantısında alınan 300 no'lu karar aşağıdaki gibidir:
Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun II.14.1 no'lu "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" hükümleri ve Vergi Usul Kanunu (V.U.K.) ve ilgili diğer yasal mevzuat hükümleri ile Şirketimiz esas sözleşmesi ilgili hükümleri ve Şirket kar dağıtım politikası dikkate alınarak;
Vergi Usul Kanunu hükümlerine göre hazırlanan finansal tablolarımız esas alındığında 2.851.883,61 TL dönem zararı oluşmuştur. Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Seri II.14.1 sayılı "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" hükümleri çerçevesinde hazırlanan finansal tablolarımız esas alındığında 4.061.599 TL dönem zararı oluşmuştur.
Bu doğrultuda 2017 yılı hesap dönemine ilişkin herhangi bir kar dağıtımı yapılamayacağı hususunda pay sahiplerinin bilgilendirilmesine ve bu hususun Genel Kurul'un onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiştir.
