Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu 11.03.2020 tarihli toplantısında alınan 334 no'lu karar aşağıdaki gibidir:
Şirketimizin 1 Ocak 2019 – 31 Aralık 2019 hesap dönemine ait, Sermaye Piyasası Mevzuatı gereğince, Kamu Gözetimi, Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartları Kurumu tarafından yayınlanan TMS/TFRS'ye uygun olarak hazırlanan ve BDO Denet Bağımsız Denetim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. tarafından bağımsız denetimden geçmiş finansal tablolarına göre 12.766.001 TL dönem zararı oluştuğundan, Şirketimizin Ana Sözleşmesi'nde bulunan hükümler ve Şirketimiz tarafından kamuya açıklanmış olan kâr dağıtım politikaları çerçevesinde kar payı dağıtılmamasına, bu hususun Şirketimizin 2019 yılı olağan genel kurulunda pay sahiplerimizin onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiştir.
