Şirketin 2025 faaliyet dönemi; Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Seri: II-14.1 No'lu Tebliği hükümleri çerçevesinde Türkiye Muhasebe/Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları (TMS/TFRS)'na uygun olarak hazırlanan ve DRT Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. tarafından denetlenen 01.01.2025 - 31.12.2025 hesap dönemine ait konsolide mali tablolara göre vergi sonrası 1.867.111.222 TL zarar,
Türk Ticaret Kanunu ve 213 sayılı Vergi Usul Kanunu'nun (VUK) ilgili hükümleri çerçevesinde düzenlenen Escar Filo Kiralama Hizmetleri A.Ş.bireysel mali tablolarına göre 711.651.149,02- TL kâr ile sonuçlanmıştır.
TFRS ye göre hazırlanan Konsolide finansal tablolarımızda dönem zararı mevcut olmasından dolayı, kar dağıtım yapılmaması hususuna ilişkin Şirket Yönetim Kurulu teklifi yapılan oylama sonucu oy birliği ile kabul edildi.
