Şirket Yönetim Kurulu Üyeleri 18/06/2025 tarihinde Şirket merkezinde toplanarak,
Şirketimiz, 2024 hesap dönemine ait finansal tablolarını Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları (TFRS)'na uygun olarak hazırlamıştır. Bu kapsamda, TFRS'ye göre 33.499.756,00 TL, Vergi Usul Kanunu (VUK) esasına göre tutulan yasal kayıtlara göre ise 58.950.687,60 TL net dönem kârı oluşmuştur. Önceki yıllara ait toplam 98.088.795,00 TL tutarındaki geçmiş yıl zararları dikkate alınarak, 2024 yılı kârının dağıtılmayıp geçmiş yıl zararlarına mahsup edilmesi, Şirketimizin kâr dağıtım politikası doğrultusunda uygun olarak değerlendirilmiş olup, 2024 yılı kârının dağıtılmamasına ilişkin kararın 2024 yılı Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı'nda pay sahiplerinin onayına sunulmasına,
Katılanların oybirliği ile karar verilmiştir. Kamuoyunun bilgilerine saygılarımızla arz ederiz.
