31.12.2024 tarihli TMS 29 "Yüksek Enflasyonlu Ekonomilerde Finansal Raporlama" standardı kapsamında hazırlanan finansal tablolarında -9.977.889-TL dönem net zararı oluşmuştur. 31.12.2024 tarihli finansal tablolarda oluşan dönem net zararı nedeniyle kar payı ödemesi yapılmamasına, SPK mevzuatı, TTK, Vergi Usul Kanunu ve şirketimiz esas sözleşmesi doğrultusunda -9.977.889-TL dönem net zararının , Enflasyon düzeltmesi sonucunda oluşan 15.402.196 -TL tutarlı Sermaye düzeltme farkları hesabından mahsup edilmesi hususu genel kurul toplantısında görüşülerek oy birliği ile kabul edilmiştir.
