Şirketimizin 11.100.000 TL tutarındaki çıkarılmış sermayesinin 1 TL nominal değerli pay için 1 TL yeni pay alma hakkı kullanım fiyatı üzerinden 94.350.000 TL'si (%850) nakden, 16.900.000 TL'si (%152,25225
) iç kaynaklardan (2020 karından) karşılanmak üzere toplam 111.250.000,00 TL tutarda sermaye artırımı yapılarak çıkarılmış sermayenin 122.350.000 TL'ye artırılması nedeniyle yeni pay alma hakları, 1 TL nominal değerli pay için 1 TL yeni pay alma hakkı kullanım fiyatı üzerinden 03.11.2021- 17.11.2021 tarihleri arasında 15 gün süreyle kullandırılmıştır.
Yeni pay alma haklarının kullanılmasından sonra kalan payların nominal değeri 239.569,677 TL olup, bu paylar 22.11.2021-23.11.2021 tarihleri arasında 2 gün süre ile Ak Yatırım Menkul Değer A.Ş. aracılığıyla Borsa İstanbul A.Ş. Birincil Piyasa'da oluşacak fiyattan satışa sunulacağı 18.11.2021 tarihinde Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformundan duyurulmuştur.
Söz konusu yeni pay alma haklarının kullandırılmasından sonra kalan 239.569,677TL nominal değerli payların tamamının satışı bugün (22.11.2021) tamamlanmıştır.
