Dividend Payment Table Explanation
|
Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu'nun 29.03.2019 tarih ve 2019/14 sayılı toplantısında, Şirketimiz esas sözleşmesi ve kâr dağıtım politikası kapsamında; 2018 yılı konsolide mali tablolarındaki dağıtılabilir net kâr rakamının yaklaşık % 92'sine denk gelen, 1 TL nominal değerli beher pay için brüt 0,15 TL (%15) ,net 0,1275 TL. (%12,75) nakit kâr payına tekabül eden, brüt 2.700.000 TL (İkimilyon yediyüzbin Türk Lirası) tutarındaki kârın, ilgili hesap dönemine yönelik olarak hazırlanan ekteki kâr dağıtım öneri tablosu uyarınca, mevzuatta öngörülen esaslar çerçevesinde pay sahiplerine dağıtılmasına ve şirketin nakit projeksiyonları da göz önüne alınarak dağıtım tarihinin tespiti için Yönetim Kurulu'na yetki verilmesinin 26 Nisan 2019 tarihinde yapılacak olan Şirketimiz Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı'nda pay sahiplerinin onayı için teklif edilmesine mevcudun oybirliği ile karar verilmiştir.
