Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu'nun 15.05.2020 tarih ve 2020/15 sayılı toplantısında,
Covid-19 pandemisi nedeniyle yaşanan belirsiz durum ve Covid-19'un ekonomiye etkisiyle mücadele kapsamında, sermaye şirketlerinin öz kaynaklarının korunmasının önemine işaret eden mevzuat değişikliği de dikkate alınarak; Şirketimizin sahip olduğu her türlü likit varlığı elde tutmanın değerli olduğu değerlendirilmiş ve 2019 mali yılı kârından kâr payı dağıtımı yapılmamasının 2019 hesap dönemi Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı'nda pay sahiplerinin onayına sunulmasına toplantıya katılanların oy birliği ile karar verilmiştir.
