As proposed by the Audit Committee, it was unanimously resolved at the General Assembly meeting held on 30 April 2024 to elect " BDO Denet Bağımsız Denetim ve Danışmanlık A.Ş ". as the independent auditor to audit the financial reports of our Company for the fiscal year 2024 and to carry out other activities within the scope of the relevant regulations in the aforementioned laws, in accordance with the principles set out in the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 and Capital Markets Law No. 6362 and the relevant legislation. The resolutions adopted at the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting were registered by the Istanbul Trade Registry Office on 20.05.2024 and announced in the TTRG ( TTSG ) dated 20.05.2024 and numbered 11085
