With the decision of the Board of Directors of our Company dated 06.12.2024, in order to engage in the production and trade of all kinds of cement, clinker and other construction materials, our controlling shareholder Göl Yatırım Holding A.Ş.owns 1 share and our Company owns all of the remaining shares representing its capital, in the Magusa Free Port Zone of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, in accordance with the provisions of the relevant legislation, 25.000 (Twenty Five Thousand) Euro capital, in the Magusa Free Port Zone of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, in accordance with the provisions of the relevant legislation, and that the Management be authorised for the establishment of the company and for the execution of all kinds of works and transactions required within the scope of this resolution,
