The negotiations for the new term Group Collective Bargaining Agreement, which  commenced on 24 December 2025 between the Çimento Endüstrisi İşverenleri Sendikası (ÇEİS), of which we are a member, and the Türkiye Çimse İş Sendikası, were concluded with an agreement as of 2 February 2026.

According to the Group Collective Bargaining Agreement, signed for a period of January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027;


-In the 1st year of the agreement, the base hourly wages that employees working at the workplace as of 01.01.2026 and whose employment contracts were still in force on the date of signing of the collective bargaining agreement were receiving as of 31.12.2025 shall be increased by 35%, effective as of 01.01.2026.


-In the 2nd year of the agreement, the base hourly wages that employees working at the workplace as of 01.01.2027 and whose employment contracts are still in force were receiving as of 31.12.2026 shall be increased by CPI + 3%.
