It was announced with our PDP notification dated 13.03.2024 that Ral Yatırım Holding A.Ş. and Graintürk Tarım A.Ş. decided to establish a joint stock company with TL 50 million total paid-in capital, which will operate in the fields of Defense Industry Technologies and Cyber Security with51%  and 49% ownership, respectively.

The registration procedures of the aforementioned company, which was decided to be established on 76 decares of land located in Kırıkhan Organized Industrial Zone in Kırıkhan Organized Industrial Zone in Kırıkhan district of Hatay province, owned by Özova Hububat Tarım Ürünleri Ticaret Ltd. Şti. which is a subsidiary of Grainturk Tarım A.Ş., were registered by Kırıkhan Trade Registry Office on 09.07.2024 (Today) in line with the decision of Kırıkhan Trade Registry Office dated 09.07.2024 and numbered 327, under the title of HEGUARD DEFENSE AND CYBER SECURITY TECHNOLOGIES TRADE ANONİM ŞİRKETİ, with the Trade Registry number 4695.

The area where the company will be established is nearby the area declared as Hatay Kırıkhan ROKETSAN INDUSTRIAL ZONE in accordance with the third article of the Industrial Zones Law with the Presidential decree dated 12.03.2024, which offers a significant potential in terms of the sector in which we invest.
