Şirketimiz Grainturk Tarım Anonim Şirketi'nin ("Şirket") tek pay sahibi olduğu ve bağlı ortaklığımız olan Özova Tarım Anonim Şirketi'nin ("Özova Tarım") paylarının halka arzı için çalışmalara başlanmıştır. Özova Tarım'ın kayıtlı sermaye sistemine geçişi ve paylarının halka arz süreci ile ilgili meydana gelen gelişmeler ve değişiklikler sürekli olarak güncellenerek kamuya duyurulmaya devam edilecektir.

Our company, Graınturk Tarım Anonim Şirketi ("the Company"), has initiated efforts to publicly offer the shares of our subsidiary, Özova Tarım Anonim Şirketi ("Özova Tarım"), which is wholly owned by the Company. Updates and changes related to Özova Tarım's transition to the registered capital system and the public offering process will be continuously communicated to the public.
