Our company, Grainturk Holding Joint Stock Company ("Company"), has applied to the Capital Markets Board on September 23, 2024, to transition to the registered capital system as part of the public offering of shares of our subsidiary, Özova Tarım Joint Stock Company ("Özova Tarım"), which is fully owned by our Company. Developments regarding the process will be announced through the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP).
