Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu'nun 30.10.2024 tarihli ve 25 sayılı Yönetim Kurulu Kararı uyarınca; GRAINTURK Holding A.Ş. ("Şirket") tarafından çimento üretim tesisi olarak faaliyet gösterecek toplamda 50.000.000 TL sermayeli HÇS Hatay Çimento A.Ş. ticaret unvanlı bir şirket kurulmasına ve Şirketimizin kurulan yeni şirketin sermayesinde %50 oranında pay sahibi olmasına karar verilmiştir. Söz konusu şirketin diğer %50 oranında hissesi ise tekstil sektöründe büyük bir üretim kapasitesi ile önemli role sahip olan Şirikçioğlu Mencucat San. Tic. A.Ş ye aittir . Anılan Şirket, Hatay ilinde kurulmuştur.

HÇS Hatay Çimento üretim tesisi toplamda 176 bin m2 planlanan tesis alanı ve ayrıca yaklaşık 1 milyon m2 II A grubu ( kalker , kalsit , dolomit v.b )maden işletme ruhsatına sahiptir.

Maden dahilinde 2 milyon 650 bin ton/yıl farin işlenerek 1 milyon 650 bin ton/yıl klinker üretimi planlanmaktadır.

Çimentonun hammaddesi klinker üretimi ile tesisin günlük 6.000 ton çimento üretim kapasitesi ile yılın 330 günü çalışması fizibilitesi dahilinde yıllık yaklaşık 2 milyon ton çimento üretimi planlanmaktadır.

Yatırımın tahmini tamamlanma süresi gerekli izinler tamamlandıktan sonra 18 ay olmakla birlikte yaklaşık 200 milyon USD yatırım planlanmaktadır.

Grubumuzun büyüme stratejileri doğrultusunda kurulması planlanan şirket ve bünyesindeki maden ocağının, başta deprem bölgesi olmak üzere çevre bölgelerin ve komşu ülkelerin çimento talebine katkıda bulunması planlanmaktadır.

Pursuant to the Board of Directors' Resolution No. 25 dated 30.10.2024, it has been resolved that GRAINTURK Holding Inc. (the "Company") will establish a new company with a total capital of 50,000,000 TRY under the trade name HÇS Hatay Çimento Inc. to operate as a cement production facility, with our Company holding a 50% stake in its capital. The remaining 50% stake will be held by Şirikçioğlu Mencucat San. Tic. Inc., a prominent company in the textile sector with substantial production capacity. The newly established company is located in Hatay Province.

The HÇS Hatay Cement production facility will encompass a total planned facility area of 176,000 m², with an additional mining operation license for approximately 1,000,000 m² in Group II-A minerals (such as limestone, calcite, and dolomite).

The facility plans to process 2,650,000 tons of raw meal annually, producing 1,650,000 tons of clinker. With clinker as the primary raw material for cement, the facility is projected to operate 330 days per year, with a daily cement production capacity of 6,000 tons, totaling an annual production of approximately 2 million tons of cement.

The estimated investment completion time is 18 months following the receipt of necessary permits, with a projected investment cost of approximately 200 million USD.

The planned company and its associated mining site are expected to support the cement demand in nearby regions, especially earthquake-affected areas, neighboring regions, and countries, in line with our Group's growth strategies.**
