As part of our holding structure, Özova Tarım A.Ş., our wholly owned subsidiary under which we have consolidated our operations in agricultural trade and licensed warehousing, has increased the capacity of the licensed warehouses — which are owned by Özova Tarım A.Ş., currently active, and operating under the activity license approved by the Ministry of Customs and Trade within its wholly owned subsidiary Grain Tarım Ürünleri Lisanslı Depoculuk A.Ş. — by an additional 25,000 tons, reaching a total licensed storage capacity of 180,000 tons.

In this context, our total storage capacity has reached 285,000 tons, consisting of 180,000 tons of licensed warehouse capacity and 105,000 tons of non-licensed (free) warehouse capacity.

This new investment is expected to contribute positively to our financial results for 2025.
