SUBJECT OF THE RESOLUTION: Board of Directors' Resolution on the Approval of Financial Statements

It has been resolved unanimously by the participants that:

The consolidated financial statements covering the period from 01.01.2025 to 30.06.2025, including the consolidated statement of financial position, the consolidated statement of profit or loss and other comprehensive income, the consolidated statement of changes in equity, the consolidated statement of cash flows, and the notes to the consolidated financial statements including a summary of significant accounting policies—which have been prepared by the Company's management in accordance with the Capital Markets Board's ("CMB") Communiqué No. II-14.1 on "Principles of Financial Reporting in Capital Markets," the CMB's Principle Decision dated 28.12.2023 on the application of inflation accounting, and the Turkish Accounting Standards/Turkish Financial Reporting Standards, and which are in line with the formats prescribed by the CMB—together with the Board of Directors' Annual Report,

have been reviewed by us;

to the best of our knowledge within the scope of our duties and responsibilities in the Company, the financial statements and the annual report do not contain any false statements or any omissions that may result in misleading conclusions as of the date of disclosure;

to the best of our knowledge within the scope of our duties and responsibilities in the Company, the financial statements, prepared in accordance with the applicable financial reporting standards in effect for the relevant period, present fairly the true and accurate view of the Company's assets, financial position, and profit or loss; and that the annual report fairly reflects the development and performance of the business, the financial position of the Company, and the material risks and uncertainties it is exposed to.
