Our Company's subsidiary, Özova Tarım A.Ş., has reached an agreement on 08.01.2026 with a domestically resident company for the sale of 30,000 tons of corn (+/‑ 10%).

The total amount of the said sale corresponds to approximately TRY 306,000,000 (+/‑ 10%), calculated based on the Central Bank exchange rate as of today.

The sales amount represents approximately 9% of our total turnover for the year 2024.

The English translation of this disclosure is provided herein; in case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English texts, the Turkish version shall prevail.
