The Board of Directors of our Company convened at the Company's headquarters on April 28, 2026, and resolved as follows:

1.    The Company's registered office shall be relocated from Levent Mahallesi Krizantem Sokak N15 Beşiktaş/Istanbul to Levent Mahallesi Yeni Sülün Sokak N1 Beşiktaş/Istanbul,
2.    The necessary notifications regarding the address change shall be made to the relevant authorities,
3.    The Company shall commence its operations at the new registered office address as of May 10, 2026,
4.    This resolution shall be registered with the Istanbul Trade Registry Office and announced in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette,

The above resolutions have been adopted unanimously by the members present.
