Yönetim Kurulumuz Şirket merkezinde toplanarak 28/05/2025 tarihinde yapılacak olan Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısı ile ilgili aşağıdaki kararları almıştır.
2024 yılı net dönem karı olan 327.993.901 TL'den Vergi Mevzuatına göre oluşan kar olan 382.929.658 TL'nin %5 oranında toplam 19.146.482,90 TL 1. Tertip Yedek Akçe ayrılmasına, geri kalan tutarın olağanüstü yedek akçe ayrılmasına karar verilmiştir.
