Şirketimizin 4.950.000 TL olan ödenmiş sermayesinin İlhan EREM ve Ayşe Lalehan EREM TOKCAN'ın nakit alacaklarına mahsuben tahsisli olarak satılarak 8.000.000 TL'ye çıkarılmasına ilişkin başvurumuz, ihraç edilecek payların satış fiyatının 1 TL nominal değerden ve Borsa İstanbul Toptan Satışlar Pazarı Kuruluş ve İşleyiş Esasları Genelgesi'nde yer alan esaslara göre oluşan baz fiyattan aşağı olmamak üzere belirlenmesi ve ihraç edilecek payları tahsisli satın alacak kişilerin söz konusu payları MKK nezdinde hesaplarına geçtiği tarihten itibaren 6 ay süreyle borsada satmalarının kısıtlanması şartıyla Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu tarafından onaylanmış olup, İhraç Belgesi bugün (28.07.2017) teslim alınmıştır.
